Training Redux

This week has been a surprisingly good training week. Waking up at 5:15 this morning was not fun; but enjoying this awesome view and many others did make it worth it.

Monday: 1/2 mile swim / 33 mile bike
Tuesday: 1.35 mile swim / 33 mile bike
Wednesday: 13 mile run / 6 mile bike
