Wow, I think I'm pretty out of shape. Everytime I swim, I cannot do anything afterwards. Today I did a mock tri with 20 min of swimming 35 min of cycling and 45 min of running. Nothing went fast. I think I'm going to start eating something right after the swim, hopefully that will help. Now, I'm snacking on some nice chips and dip - hopefully that will give me some energy for tommorow's run.
