Since I last posted basically all I have been doing is swimming...and shamefully to say not much of that and not very fast. But this morning I had another great workout, waking up at 5:00 cycling 22 miles and then running 6 miles. My time wasn't as good since my buddy wasn't with me and didn't have an mp3 player but it was still great waking up early and knocking it all out.
