Quality not quantity, right...
Hopefully this is true regarding training and blogging. I biked hard on Monday and Tuesday and ran thereafter. I swam a mile yesterday and was ZAPPED after that to the point of I was barely biking. Swimming needs to be my focus for now, so I will continue to look at this as an opportunity.

Since I last posted basically all I have been doing is swimming...and shamefully to say not much of that and not very fast. But this morning I had another great workout, waking up at 5:00 cycling 22 miles and then running 6 miles. My time wasn't as good since my buddy wasn't with me and didn't have an mp3 player but it was still great waking up early and knocking it all out.
